These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website thriosevolution.com and the Thrios Evolution mobile app (together, the "Services"), operated by Thrios Evolution Pvt Ltd ("Thrios Evolution", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Services are intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. Business (dealer) accounts are provided to registered customers of Thrios Evolution.
Some features require an account and are made available to authorised users only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used improperly.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended business purpose. You agree to use the Services only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms.
All content in the Services — including the Thrios Evolution name, logo, text, graphics, layout and software — is owned by or licensed to Thrios Evolution Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

The Services may rely on third-party providers (for example, push-notification and hosting services). We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services. Your use of the Google Play Store and your device is also subject to those providers' own terms.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrios Evolution Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrios Evolution Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
