This Privacy Policy explains how Thrios Evolution Pvt Ltd ("Thrios Evolution", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information in connection with our website thriosevolution.com and our mobile application, the Thrios Evolution app (together, the "Services").

The Thrios Evolution app is a business-to-business (B2B) tool for our staff and for registered business customers ("dealers" or "parties") to browse our solar product catalogue, request quotations, place and track orders, and manage related business activity. By using the Services you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

a. Information you provide

Account & identity details — name, mobile number, email address, password, designation/role, and (for business accounts) your company name, contact person, GSTIN, PAN and billing/shipping addresses.
Business & transaction data — quotations, orders, dispatch details, invoices, payment records, product watchlists and related notes you create or that are created for your account within the Services.
Communications — information you send us when you contact us for support or enquiries (for example, via our website form or email).

b. Information collected automatically

Device & notification data — a device push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you order and stock notifications, plus basic technical information such as app version and device type.
Usage & log data — standard server logs (such as IP address, access times and actions taken) used to operate and secure the Services.

We do not knowingly collect precise location data, and the app does not display third-party advertising.

2. How we use your information

To create and manage your account and authenticate you when you log in.
To operate the core Services — showing the catalogue and pricing, processing quotations, orders, dispatches, invoices and payments.
To send you transactional notifications (for example, order updates and stock alerts).
To verify a business tax identity (GSTIN) and auto-fill business/address details, at your request.
To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
To maintain security, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Third-party services we use

We share limited information with trusted service providers only as needed to run the Services:

Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — to deliver push notifications to your device.
GST verification provider — when you use the "verify GSTIN" feature, the GSTIN you enter is sent to a third-party GST lookup service to fetch the associated business name and address.
Hosting & infrastructure providers — who host our servers and store data securely on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. How we share information

Information you enter is accessible to authorised Thrios Evolution staff for the purpose of servicing your account and orders. A business customer's data is scoped to that customer's own account. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Thrios Evolution, our users or others.

5. Data security

We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls that limit who can see what. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data and continually improve our protections.

6. Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. When data is no longer required, we take steps to delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights & choices

Access & correction — you may request access to, or correction of, your personal information.
Deletion — you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must retain for legal or tax reasons.
Notifications — you can turn off push notifications from your device settings.
