Delete Your Account — Thrios Evolution Pvt Ltd

This page explains how to request deletion of your account in the Thrios Evolution mobile app (published by Thrios Evolution Pvt Ltd) and what happens to your data afterwards.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open the Thrios Evolution app and sign in.
Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
Tap Delete my account.
Read the confirmation notice and tap Delete account to confirm.

Your access is disabled immediately and you are signed out on every device. Your personal details are then erased as described below.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address registered on your account:

Subject: Delete my account
Include your registered business name and mobile number so we can identify the account.

We verify the request and action it within 7 working days. You may also call 97120 78934.

What is deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we erase the personal information held in your account:

Your name, contact person name and designation
Email address, mobile number and alternate mobile number
Billing and shipping addresses
GSTIN and PAN recorded on your account
Your login credentials (password)
Push-notification device tokens
Saved watchlist entries and app preferences

What we must keep, and for how long

Indian law requires businesses to retain records of completed sales transactions. We therefore keep the following even after your account is deleted:

Tax invoices, orders, dispatch records and payment records — retained for 8 financial years as required under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Statutory accounting records in which your business name and GSTIN appear, because a GST invoice is legally required to carry the buyer's details and cannot be altered after it is issued.

These records are retained solely to meet legal and tax obligations. They are not used for marketing, are not shared for advertising, and are permanently deleted once the retention period expires.

Deleting data without deleting your account

You can update most of your details at any time from Profile → Edit profile in the app. If you want specific information corrected or removed while keeping your account, email thriosevolution@gmail.com and we will help.
